🔥Wildfire Update: Progress Made on California's Little Fire

Firefighters have made major progress battling the Little Fire near Pleasanton in Alameda County after the wildfire rapidly burned more than 1,000 acres earlier this week.

Officials say the fire's forward spread has been stopped, containment has reached 40%, and all mandatory evacuation orders have now been lifted. While crews continue to extinguish hot spots, residents in neighborhoods like Ruby Hill have been allowed to return home.

Despite the challenging terrain and strong winds, firefighters successfully protected homes, and no structures were destroyed. One firefighter was injured when a fire engine rolled over but has since been released from the hospital.

The cause of the wildfire remains under investigation as crews continue working to increase containment.

🙏 Thank you to the firefighters and first responders risking their lives to protect California communities.
