Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and current lead CBS Sports NFL analyst Tony Romo was arrested Thursday night in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on suspicion of Operating While Intoxicated (OWI).

According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, Romo was pulled over around 6:00 PM on Interstate 43 after he "performed poorly" on standard field sobriety tests. The 46-year-old broadcaster had been in his home state to compete in the Wisconsin Amateur Championship golf tournament. He was booked and released from custody later that night, with a scheduled court appearance set for September 21, 2026.CBS Sports has declined to comment on the developing situation.
