Ingredients (makes about 2 liters)
- 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers (or 4 hibiscus tea bags)
- ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 scoops clear whey isolate (berry flavor works best)
- 2 scoops unflavored collagen peptides
- 6–8 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Optional: sweetener to taste (stevia or monk fruit)
Instructions
- Brew the hibiscus tea in 2 cups hot water for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain and let it cool completely.
- In a large pitcher, add the cooled hibiscus tea, berries, orange slices, and apple cider vinegar.
- Stir in the collagen peptides until dissolved.
- Mix the clear whey isolate with a little cold water separately, then add it to the pitcher.
- Fill with ice and remaining cold water.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Optional Refrigerator Jug Version
For the large jug shown in the photo:
- Double the recipe.
- Add extra orange slices and berries directly to the jug.
- Fill with ice and keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.

- Net Carbs: 0–3 g (depending on berries and protein powder used)
Tip: If you’re aiming for truly near-zero carbs, use only a few berries for flavor and choose a zero-carb clear whey isolate.
