Ginger Lemon Mint Wellness Drink


Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon, sliced
  • 5 cm (2-inch) piece fresh ginger, sliced
  • 10–15 fresh mint leaves
  • 1.5 liters (6 cups) water
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the lemon, ginger, and mint thoroughly.
  2. Bring the water to a gentle boil.
  3. Add the ginger and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add the mint leaves.
  5. Let steep for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the lemon slices and allow the mixture to cool.
  7. Strain if desired and refrigerate.
  8. Serve chilled or warm.
